      Micro-biology : 10 categories ( TPC, Ecoli, Coliform, Fecal Coliform, Staphylococus, Aureus, Salmonella, Vibrio cholerae, Listeria       monocytogenes, Clostridium, Vibrio parahaemolyticus ).

      Chemical : Chloramphenicol ( CAP), Nitrofuran and derivative (AOZ, AMOZ), Histamine, COD, POD,…

      Method of Analyzation : ISO, Elisa, MNKL.

      Basing on operation of ISO 17025

         

OUTSIDE AND SELF-TRAINING PLAN

 

Quality Control Offiers have been sent to training courses from outside (Nafiqad, Sired, Seaqip, Sofa, Fmis…...).

QA & QC members are in charge of training workers every year (in time off season ).

Workers must passed the examination by testing at the end of training courses.

Worker could get high score will get higher level.

Source of training documentary : Basing on the Company Quality Policy, SSOP, GMP, HACCP,

E.U Committee standard, or equivalent documents issued by Nafiqaved/Vietnamese Government,

or customers standard, FACTORY SECURITY, SAFETY LABOUR...

      WORKER HEALTH

Company had just issued the regulation of work-shop for punishment and

reward

Having health service center equipped with fast aid first apparatus.

Having the regularly health examination per year for all worker.

Properly implementing the regular health examination: once a year at raw

processing areas and once per 6 months at cooked or ready to eat

processing areas.

Always checking the workers health condition at the beginning of operation.
